The Bayer CropScience headquarters at Research Triangle Park embodies the company’s commitment to and continued investment in delivering innovative solutions for modern agriculture to ensure a safe, affordable and nutritious food supply and ensuring plant health and pest control where you live work and play. This is the heart of the organization’s North American operation, which provides leadership, inspiration and support for the nearly 3000 Bayer CropScience employees working towards a better future for agriculture and non-agriculture solutions across the United States and Canada.

Environmental Responsibility
Bayer CropScience supports environmentally compatible practices company-wide, including recycling, the use of biodegradable materials in kitchens and cafeterias, and green landscaping practices in all locations. In addition, Bayer CropScience is working with Passage Home, a non-profit focused on revitalizing a community in Southeast Raleigh, to build a safer, healthier, more beautiful and viable community for the residents today and in the future.

Meet Our Site Leader
Sue Martin directions operations and management of the Research Triangle Park Headquarters, the Morrisville Innovation Center and the Clayton Training and Development Center. Martin has been with Bayer CropScience more than 20 years, focusing on servicing customers while also meeting the needs of the company’s greatest asset—its employees.

Safety Commitment
Bayer CropScience values the safety and welfare of all employees, whether they’re working in a laboratory or an office environment. Staff at the Research Triangle Park seed treatment research facility and the Morrisville Innovation Center is specially trained in laboratory safety, as well as in hazardous materials handling. Maintenance and building operations staff also observes proper procedures when it comes to operating and servicing equipment and performing heavy lifting or related tasks, and all workstations are ergonomically designed to avoid repetitive stress injuries.

With offices in Cary, North Carolina, Memphis, Tennessee, and Kansas City, Missouri, Bayer CropScience has put sales and commercial support in the heart of where it does business.
