Linda joined Bayer CropScience LP in October 2011 as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Over the course of her career, Linda has held various senior legal positions, including serving as Vice President and General Counsel at C. H Robinson Worldwide, Inc., PEMSTAR Inc., and The Pillsbury Company. Prior to that, she was Associate General Counsel at Siemens Corporation, where she had worked for fifteen years in various roles, including as general counsel to several of the U.S. subsidiaries. Linda began her career in private practice in Greenville, South Carolina, and after leaving C.H. Robinson, she started her own law practice specializing in corporate counseling and mediation.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from Emory University.

Linda is responsible for law, patents and compliance for North America. She also serves on the Bayer CropScience North American Leadership Team.
