General Counsel for Bayer CropScience in North America

We are very pleased to announce that Linda U. Feuss will join Bayer CropScience as head of Law and Patents for North America, effective Oct. 3. In this role she will serve as Vice President and General Counsel on the Bayer CropScience North American Leadership Team and will report directly to Gerhart Marchand.

Linda brings many years of legal experience to Bayer. Over the course of her career she has held various senior legal positions including serving in Vice President roles at such respected companies as C.H. Robinson Worldwide, The Pillsbury Company and Siemens Corporation. Most recently she served as a corporate business law counselor mediator in her own firm based in Minnesota.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from Emory University. She will be based in our U.S. headquarters office at Research Triangle Park, N.C.
