Vice President, Commercial Operations

Inci Dannenberg is the vice president for Commercial Operations for Bayer CropScinece LP.

As vice president of Commercial Operations, Inci leads the sales force and operations for the United States including two regions, customer service, key accounts and business operations. 

Inci received an MBA from Kansas State University in 1986 and began her career with Bayer CropScience in 1992 as a Marketing Research Analyst. She has held a number of managerial positions with Bayer CropScience, including Sales Control Manager, Product/Market Manager and Manager of Marketing Strategies and Research. She was Key Account Manager before her promotion to Midwest Regional Director in 2008.

In her most recent role as Midwest Regional Director, Inci led the Commercial Operations for Bayer CropScience in eight key agriculture states. She has implemented crucial organizational and training initiatives and has guided the development of new tactical marketing positions in the region.

Inci sat on the Board of Directors for Mid-America Croplife Association from 2008 until 2012. She has participated in the Harvesters, the community food network in Kansas. Within Bayer CropScience, she is active with the Women’s Leadership Initiative.
