Each year, Bayer CropScience seeks outstanding college students to begin their working experience with us. Our goals are to provide stimulating challenges and real-life experiences that demonstrate those students who we’d hope to hire following baccalaureate degree completion. Positions are found among several states supporting our field-based roles, including Sales, Technical Service, and Product Development. Many positions are available in finance, manufacturing operations, communications and biotechnology. Interns can expect to partner closely with assigned Bayer employees in assigned areas, and have the experience to work directly with growers, universities, cooperators and more. Positions and geographies vary, so flexibility is critical.
