Graduate Recruitment and Development Program (GRAD)
The Bayer CropScience GRAD program provides tuition assistance and a remarkable research environment for students completing their graduate theses. Adam Chyle and Clay Starkey are members of the inaugural class. Adam is working on a spring wheat integrated product portfolio agronomy program at North Dakota State University, while Clay is studying weed resistance at the University of Arkansas.
After successfully completing their program work and all degree requirements, each student will be considered for placement in a full-time position with Bayer CropScience in the U.S., and Bayer will be ready to assist the next group of promising young minds.
