The AFA's mission is to create partnerships that identify, encourage and support outstanding college men and women preparing for careers in the agriculture and food industry.

More than 6,000 students and young professionals have participated in AFA’s leader and career development training. Students represent more than 72 colleges and universities across 32 states and 5 countries.
