Commercial Excellence Leadership Program
The Bayer CropScience CELP gives you an excellent opportunity to build a career in
Marketing, Sales and General Management. The two-year program provides practical,
diversified experience in a world-class global company with leading brands. CELP
participants will work in a variety of marketing and sales roles, including participation
in the sales process within the field and managing product portfolios in operational
marketing functions. Participants will have flexible and strategic project assignments
in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
The 24-month rotation program consists of diversified and challenging assignments
in different functions, businesses and regions or countries. The four pillars
of the program are:
- Sales (6-9 months)
- Operational Marketing (6-9 months)
- Flexible Assignments (3-6 months)
- Strategic Projects/Assignments (3 months)
