Tournament of Roses

For the past decade, Bayer Advanced has created award-winning floats for the Tournament of Roses® Parade, a New Year’s Day celebration in Pasadena, Calif. We hope this year will be no exception, as Bayer Advanced has built a float titled Camelot, to fit the 2011 tournament theme, Building Dreams, Friendships & Memories.

Modeled after the famous castle and court of King Arthur, the Camelot float represents idyllic happiness where goodness and beauty reign. It only seems fitting since Bayer Advanced rose care products help you create a rose garden of great beauty that can result in years of happiness. Plus, Bayer Advanced All-In-One Rose & Flower Care products are the exclusive rose care products of the Tournament of Roses®.

The float will be on display at the parade on January 1, 2011, beginning at 8 a.m. PST. This is the 122nd year of the parade, which will be followed by the 97th Rose Bowl Game. The parade will be broadcast on ABC, Hallmark Channel, HGTV, KTLA (Tribune), NBC, RFD-TV and Univision, and seen in more than 200 international territories and countries.

Please help us maintain our Tournament of Roses® Parade championship status and vote for Camelot as the viewer’s choice favorite. You can also go behind the scenes and see how the 2010 float was built, and check out pictures of past years’ floats.
